Refund policy
All eligible purchases can be returned in the form of store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be PRE-APPROVED. All Made to Order items are final sale. Used or altered merchandise cannot be exchanged or returned. Mantis Made does not repair or replace merchandise that is damaged or broken after purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return and repair shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. If a client receives store credit for a return and purchases items using the dispersed credit, the items then become final sale. Items cannot be exchanged more than once.
As our bespoke pieces are one of a kind, we do not accept exchanges. We are happy to work with you on an individual basis, please feel free to contact us with any and all questions.
If you commission a custom piece of jewelry it cannot be returned. Please choose carefully and respectfully understand that each piece is made by hand here in our studio and consider the time taken to create custom pieces.
